Leadership Coaching
I work with individuals and organizations that are ready to take their game to the next level. Those that want to develop leadership that works. Leadership that lasts. This is often directed coaching for high-potential employees preparing them for leadership roles and career advancement. This work can be done one-to-one or in groups.
Life Coaching
This work is based on your agenda. This might involve work to clarify your life purpose and to develop a plan get you unstuck and on the road to fulfilling that purpose. It might be finding a better work/life balance. It might be deciding on the next step after having your life turned upside down by being laid off.
Confidentiality
Unless you reveal unethical or illegal activity, our communications are strictly confidential. Confidentiality with a coach does not have the same level of protection as mental health professionals or attorneys, however.
