My strength is helping clients find practical solutions to real-world problems. I partner with the client to develop a strategy and a plan of action. I am a caring, objective thought partner; a sounding board providing fresh or different ways of looking at a situation. I deliver feedback, observations, insights, ideas and opinions.

I go for what works, drawing coaching wisdom from many different sources. I use a values-based, holistic approach in my coaching.

I work with a small number of carefully-selected clients.

My Really Big Dream

I am living my dream!

I was an electrical engineer and manager for over 30 years. I had a diverse and, by most accounts, successful career. I am proud of the fact that I was inventor or co-inventor on 6 US Patents. But, I often felt out of place. Like I didn't quite fit.

Then, in 2008 I discovered my life purpose and passion. I am now a leadership and life coach and the owner of Never Doubt Coaching. Now I get to help others live their dream!
